This Privacy Policy applies to the MedAdher website and all related sites, applications, services and tools irrespective of how you access or use them. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

MedAdher through Interra Networks Limited is committed to managing your Personal Information in line with global industry best practices. Other security safeguards include but are not limited to data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to our building and files and only granting access to Personal Information to only employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. The permissions we request

In order to ease user’s experience on our platforms, we will request your permission to:

  • Send you push notifications about follow-up tasks

MedAdher through Interra Networks Limited is statutorily obligated to retain the data you provide us with, in order to process transactions, ensure settlements, make refunds, identify fraud and to be in compliance with laws and regulatory guidelines applicable to us, our banking providers, payment processors and other third parties. Therefore, even after closing your MedAdher account, we will retain certain data to comply with these obligations.

5.1 Data deletion

We store and process your personal data only as long as it is necessary to perform our obligations under the agreement with you or as long as the law requires us to store it. Your MedAdher account can be deactivated at will, however certain data will be retained as stated in Data retention.

6. Your rights

You have the rights to access, request for update or restrict how we use your personal information in line with our legal obligations. You reserve the right to refuse any unsolicited information or other services we offer you from time to time. At will, you may recall any permission(s) you have previously provided.

7. Updates, Modifications and Amendments

We reserve the right to make changes to our privacy policy at any time due to constant evolution in technology. In the event of any update, modification or amendment, we will let you know via our various channels.

MedAdher helps patients successfully complete their treatment through the use of digital adherence technologies, including smart pill boxes and other innovative solutions.
